· non-qualified deferred, and equity based, compensation plans;
· severance pay and medical and disability plans; and
· collectively bargained and jointly administered retirement and welfare plans

· Representation of employers or executives in negotiation of employment agreements and their termination
· Counseling regarding application of income and excise taxation rules to non-qualified deferred compensation
Benefit Plan Disputes and Litigation
· Counseling of benefit plan fiduciaries during benefit claims reviews and appeals processes
· Counseling of employers regarding their obligations to underfunded multiemployer plans
· Defense of plans and their fiduciaries in federal court against complaints for:
